Prerequisite: The child must have attended at least one session in the Avanced group or have received an invitation from a coach.

This trampoline course is for children who have already acquired the basic trampoline movements and have successfully mastered the elements required in the Advanced course. They will be able to learn new moves, be physically active, develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem.

Parkour is approached as the art of movement. This discipline consists in successively crossing various obstacles, by agile and fast movements, with or without acrobatic figures. Power, speed, flexibility, explosiveness, balance, muscular endurance... based on the body awareness of the practitioners.

This course consists of an introduction in order to acquire basic notions of security.

Tumbling beginner/intermediate (ages 6-12+) - Spring 2025

This class is for participants who wish to learn the basic tumbling moves: the round-off and the base of the flic as well as their sequences.

Tumbling is a discipline related to trampoline sports. Very similar to gymnastics flooring, athletes will learn sequences of acrobatic movements on a 25-meter track.
