In order to feel safe, your child will explore the world of gymnastics with the help of a parent. They will discover a colorful and musical gymnastics environment with several apparatus to climb, jump, run, roll and especially have fun! A qualified trainer will help them improve their motor skills and gymnastics.

Prerequisite: The child must have attended at least one session in the Intermediate Mini-Elite or have received an invitation from a coach.

This course is for children who want to take on new challenges and improve their gymnastics even faster. Like the Mini-Elite, the emphasis is on perfecting basic gymnastics movements and developing physical and motor skills. This group leads to the pre-competitive program.

This program focuses on physical activity. Children will develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem. This class will allow your child to take a step towards independence by separating from mom and dad for the first time! He will learn to follow his coach's instructions, develop his concentration and confidence. They will also discover new ways to move by practicing basic gymnastic movements such as moves, jumps, rolls and swings while working on their balance and coordination.

Prerequisite: The child must have completed at least one session in the Mini-Elite Beginner.

This class is for children who really enjoy gymnastics and show special skills. They will have the opportunity to do more than in the Ladybugs and Grasshoppers class. Basic gymnastic movements are still practiced and refined. The emphasis is on perfecting and improving physical skills.

Tumbling beginner/intermediate (ages 6-12+) - Spring 2025

This class is for participants who wish to learn the basic tumbling moves: the round-off and the base of the flic as well as their sequences.

Tumbling is a discipline related to trampoline sports. Very similar to gymnastics flooring, athletes will learn sequences of acrobatic movements on a 25-meter track.
