Adapted gymnastics classes for children with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual or physical disabilities.

A child knowledge form will be completed before the first class.

Like the Ladybug class, your child will perfect basic gymnastic movements, such as moving, jumping and rolling, while working on balance and coordination. They will also explore new situations such as spatial orientation and body awareness.
