Gymnastics for teenagers from 13 to 16 years old with or without experience.
Recreational gymnastics at Unigym Gatineau includes gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling and parkour! This sector of activity is aimed at anyone aged 18 months and over who practices a gymnastic sport recreationally. Whether for pure enjoyment or as an introduction to competition, participants can explore a variety of classes focusing on gymnastic movements.

This trampoline class is aimed at children who want to jump and learn basic trampoline movements. Children will be able to do physical activity, develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem. While playing and following the instructions, children will learn the vocabulary, basic movements and safety rules of trampoline sport.
