Recreational gymnastics at Unigym Gatineau includes gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling and parkour! Parkour is approached as the art of movement. This discipline consists in successively crossing various obstacles, by agile and fast movements, with or without acrobatic figures. Power, speed, flexibility, explosiveness, balance, muscular endurance... based on the body awareness of the practitioners.
This course consists of an introduction in order to acquire basic notions of security.
