Recreational gymnastics at Unigym Gatineau includes gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling and parkour! This sector of activity is aimed at anyone aged 18 months and over who practices a gymnastic sport recreationally. Whether for pure enjoyment or as an introduction to competition, participants can explore a variety of classes focusing on gymnastic movements.

Prerequisite: The participant must have attended at least one session with Unigym Gatineau in beginner/intermediate tumbling or have received an invitation from a coach following a gymnastics class. The group is for more advanced participants who have already mastered the round-off and the flic.
Tumbling is a new sport in the region. Very similar to the gymnastics floor, athletes will learn acrobatic movements on a 25 meter track.
