In order to feel safe, your child will explore the world of gymnastics with the help of a parent. This course is for children who want to take on new challenges and improve their gymnastics even faster. Like the Mini-Elite, the emphasis is on perfecting basic gymnastics movements and developing physical and motor skills. This group leads to the pre-competitive program.
Masson-Angers and Buckingham
Prerequisite: The child must have attended at least one session in the Intermediate Mini-Elite or have received an invitation from a coach.

Gatineau
This one and a half hour period will allow you to practice gymnastics according to your personal training plan. The supervision of the designated trainer will allow you to have fun and exercise safely according to your physical condition and gymnastic background. At the beginning of the session, you will be asked to read the rules of the gym and our code of conduct.

Pre-requisite 3-6 years old ** must have attended at least one session of the ladybugs or grasshoppers course.
Masson-Angers and Buckingham
