This program focuses on physical activity. The children will develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem. While playing and following instructions, children will learn the vocabulary and movements of the sport. The CANGYM program (levels 1 to 12) is the learning and evaluation tool. 

Like the Ladybug class, your child will perfect basic gymnastic movements, such as moving, jumping and rolling, while working on balance and coordination. They will also explore new situations such as spatial orientation and body awareness.

Lessons without a parent

This class will allow your child to take a step towards independence by separating from mom and dad for the first time! He will learn to follow his coach's instructions, develop his concentration and confidence. Prerequisite: The child must have attended at least one session in the Intermediate Mini-Elite or have received an invitation from a coach.
